Transforming Social Healthcare Payments to a Private Payer Healthcare System requires changes to its policy makers, providers, payers, and patients. A comprehensive approach was taken towards data standardization and process automation using software and hardware integration as well as change management methodology.
A robust program was developed for patients and healthcare providers, leveraging Information Technology to manage health and wellness of the patients and train healthcare providers. The integrated technology framework captured end to end patient visit data to drive better patient outcomes. Similarly an electronic drug dispenser minimized harmful interactions and the cost for extra or dual dispensing.
One of the challenges we faced with the client was acceptance of such a dynamic change and transformation. But the resulting end to end integrated healthcare system that incorporated new quality procedures and advanced analytics, drove better patient outcomes at reduced cost.
