A visionary entrepreneur wanted to create a technology platform that will allow commercial entities to list their products and services for the tourist and visitors.

We researched industry trends and adoption of technology for the required processes to be automated. The challenge for the system was to be available on all device types and employ SEO and other Google Analytics to push the contents to the user’s device. Time to market was also a key for the entrepreneur.

02. Solution

The solution was to use our Agile methodology and develop a MVP for time to market consideration. A responsive design was used to allow device independent platform. A roadmap was carved for phased approach to reach MVP faster while still documenting some future key features to be implemented.

The analysis to capture complete requirements and documenting Now vs. Later was effective in identifying key features for the quick time to market requirments.
