Pledges Inc. (Pledges Impact) is enabling skills for the Digital future. The organization supports profit and non-profit organizations by empowering professional with IT skills to thrive locally and globally. Their success is measured by job placement, employment rates, and salary growth. Data collection and reporting is the key to run this program and continue to adjust and improve based on realtime dashboard and reporting.
Our approach was a comprehensive engagement beginning with Power BI strategy, member portal, data pipeline development, implementation, and post implementation support.
IMG faced challenges to create and support a model for the entire community for uploading data while creating a real time dashboard for the Executives to gauge progress and make timely improvements, if needed.
IMG proposed and implemented a holistic Power BI strategy and support structure to meet all objectives. Result was an enhanced data uploading solutions and real time Power BI Dashboards and reports organized for better decision making.
